The history of the studio is shrouded in mystery… well, a little anyway. Over the years, we found out from various musicians that it was a full studio in the old days, before the renovation into a moonshine distillery.
Now the distillery is in the front, and the studio is in the back, and that serves us perfectly. Skunkworks Studio is a full recording and band rehearsal studio, equipped for great sound and priced for everyone.

Get tight, sound right. Rehearsals are everything. Our rehearsal studio is available to rent, complete with a full backline for all your needs.
Whether you’re gearing up for a show, laying down some tracks, or just want to hang and play, our space is ideal for dialling in your sound and making your music come together.

This is a great rehearsal space for smaller bands (4-5 pc) at an affordable price. They’ve got a sound system, drum set and a few amps available so you can just plug and play. Recording Studio Room Elements
Our room is set up as a recording studio for music production and to make artists and bands feel right at home. The sound treatment of the main recording room and the vocal booth is set up to give a great band feel and an isolated vocal feel. They also help the audio engineer to get great sounds and feel.

Studio Recording Engineer
Skunkworks is designed as a self-serve recording studio.
You’re not on the clock.
Take your time and get it right. If you do, however, want to hire one of our affiliated engineers, we would love to point you in the right direction. We have several industry professionals who are ready to go and are good at what they do. We don’t offer online audio services, but we do have a professional studio you can come to and be as loud as you want. Our studio spaces are designed to get great sounds.

We also make sure the recording equipment you need is ready to go and the studio time allocated is enough to get the job done. When it comes to getting a mix done, mastering or if you are looking for help to produce your music, we can help. We have several mix engineers who help us, and we also have several mix engineers in our network who can help you. Mastering is typically outsourced, but for smalle more simple prodjects mastering can also be done in-house. To create a great end product, we can help with all the steps.
